FIND PARTS & ORDERING INFO

Welcome to our secure on-line shop which is designed to make finding and ordering parts as easy as possible.  To make the most of the many features, may we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the site, i.e. clicking on “My Account” will enable you to view Order Status, Completed Orders, Account Details and items you have recently viewed.

 

There are several options when searching for parts.  Click on a Category, a Logo or a Brand  Name.  In Search box type in part number or name.   Page displaying fittings also offers a ‘Sort by Feature’.

PLACING AN ORDER

 

1.     Select item and click on ‘Add to Cart”.

2.     To continue shopping, click on “Click here to keep shopping”, ‘Previous page’, ‘Categories

        or ‘Home

3.     To finalise order, if not still on ‘Your shopping cart’ page, click on ‘View Cart’ or “Checkout’

4.     On ‘Your Shopping Cart’ page, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

5.     Express Checkout will appear. 

        Step 1 - Account Details  (a once off procedure, for future orders you will go straight to confirm

        Billing and Shipping address, or if browsing history deleted you simply enter email address and

        password).  When finished, click ‘Continue’.

        Step 2 - Billing and Account Details.  Check and click ‘Bill and Ship to this address’.

        Step 3 - Shipping Details.  Check and tick ‘Yes, save this address to my address book’ and

        click “Ship to this address’

        Step 4  -  Shipping Method.  SELECT option.  Click ‘Continue’.

        (PLEASE NOTE:  Postage charges shown at Checkout are calculated by software and may not

        be accurate.  We will amend invoice to reflect correct freight costs and an automatic email will

        be sent to you advising change of status of order together with link to view ‘Order Status’).

        Step 5  -  Order Confirmation.  Choose payment method. (if paying by ‘cheque’, ‘money order’ or ‘bank

        deposit’ PLEASE DO NOT SEND OR TRANSFER FUNDS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMING TOTAL DUE).

6.     Order Instructions / Comments -  add any additional information relating to your order.

7.     Terms and Conditions  -  please read and if in agreement, click  box ‘Yes, I agree with the

        above terms and conditions’.

8.     To finish, click  Continue’. You will receive an automatic email acknowledging your order. 

 

Further emails will be sent to you as your order is processed, however you can always check status

by going to ‘Order Status’ on Home page.
